Today I tried weights… ouch. I have never done weights before, largely because I don’t really know what I am doing and how they work.
I bought a book written by the Men’s Health magazine chaps and it had lots of gym exercises in that use weights. I had a go at a few but think I probably need to hold off until I can get some proper lessons.
I did my usual cardio stuff but just fancied a bit of a change. I am always being repeatedly told that weights are great for weight loss too. Anyway, did some 10kg dumb-bells and alike and then went back to cardio
I also learnt today that trying to break my rower PB after doing a few other exercises is not good. I need to go back to starting with the rower.
