Motivation is Waning! 39% Fitness Wanker

Entering the last week of the diet competition and motivation/willpower is waning :-) A few chocolates have slipped through the net, a few days out with beers.

I need to get back on it! I am lucky in that I have still been able to get to the gym but I can feel old bad habits creeping back in. Hoping next week goes a little better on the fitness front.

On the plus side, set a new PB on the rowing machine. 2000metres in 8m and 44secs :-) BOOM.
