Change is hard

Changing my relationship with food is hard. Really hard. I am trying to end a 38 year long relationship with take-aways and junk food and start a new relationship with all the food groups I used to loathe: veg, fruit and you know, all the healthy shit that helps survive.

Why? As I have got older I have become more and more worried about dying from a heart attack due to a poor diet. Boom, dramatic or what. Plus, on a less dramatic note, finding out that you have the same fat ratio as a pork scratching is never nice (no really).

So, follow, support or simply abuse me on this painful journey from being a fun, unhealthy person to becoming one of those annoying fitness wankers.
