I went on holiday and had pretty much a week off the gym and exercise. There, I admitted it, what else can I admit, you know what; I missed that gym!
OMFG, what have I become. I did not go on an action holiday but there were loads of exercise opportunities. I rode a bike around towing the kids, did a few swimming sessions with the kids and tried to keep up a few exercises through the week.
The day after getting home I had chance to go to the gym and was dredding it being a really gruesome session but I think my body had enjoyed the time off as it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
I have yet to weigh myself since coming back, not sure I am quite ready for that, but I am looking forward to getting back on it and trying out some new exercises and such like.
